Scears Lee, III, Senior Vice President

Scears has over 20 years experience in all areas of the Human Resources field, having held a senior level management position in a Fortune 500company. He has provided HR consulting leadership and human resources support for a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing,service and pharmaceutical. He has successfully provided HR leadership for the past 7 years as a consultant in mentoring, routinely conducting employee and customer opinion surveys, developing performance appraisal and performance management systems. Lee also provides Outplacement Coaching and Career Transition training for employees and groups as a result of a corporate downsize or displacement. He has written and delivered training modules for the American Management Association in addition to numerous clients throughout the U.S.

Lee served as Vice President of Human Resources for Morrison Restaurants, Inc. with HR responsibility for over 500 managerial and 8000 hourly employees.

Scears received a degree in Communications from the University of Alabama, and is active in several human resources and management associations, and resides in Newnan, Georgia.
