Diana Farmer, SPHR, Vice President
Diana Farmer has over 20 years of experience in human resources, sales/sales training, directed at increasing revenues and profits. Diana has Six Sigma Green Belt certification in addition to an MBA from Oklahoma State University. She has worked for Becton Dickinson and Teleflex, Fortune 500 corporations with market leadership in the medical device industry.
Her background in human resources includes staffing, training and development, employee relations, performance development, succession planning, and the development and administration of variable pay programs. Diana also has experience as a core team member during implementation of Balanced Scorecard, SAP and Customer Integrated Decision Making. Additionally, her experience includes HR leadership during acquisitions, coaching senior level managers and team leaders as well as contributing to the re-organization and ongoing field operations.
As a Director of Sales Training, Diana developed training programs from the ground up, creating appropriate support materials and activities and the coordination of sales training events. She has extensive training experience designing and delivering programs including Team Leadership, Structured Interviewing, Ethics, Coaching, Career Development and Change Management. Her professional mission is to help individuals ensure that their efforts contribute directly to organizational goals and align with their values, skills and interests.
Diana enjoys volunteering for organizations such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, AID Gwinnett, SciTrek and EYC. She is an active member of SHRM Atlanta and American Business Women's Association.
