Flex HR is NOT an employment agency. We are the off-site Human Resources department for our clients or Consultants leading an HR function. We provide a value-added service by assisting our clients with their recruiting efforts by providing them with qualified candidates found in our data base or network of associates. In most cases we simplify the process for our clients by receiving and screening the resumes, performing background checks and passing along the most qualified candidates. Our client is ultimately responsible for the final selection.
